Transformation begins with movement – not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.
My own journey is a testament to how movement can change a life.
Born and raised in the picturesque town of Kitzbühel, Tyrol, I discovered my passion for fitness early on, especially through basketball during my youth. My academic path led me from the American International School in Salzburg to the University of Miami, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. My thirst for knowledge then took me to Cape Town, South Africa, where I completed a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science.
Throughout my studies, I started with traditional training methods but later embraced the benefits of bodyweight and functional fitness. I also came to see nature as an essential element of my philosophy – the ultimate setting to foster health, resilience, and overall well-being.
After completing my master’s degree, I combined my corporate experience with my passion for coaching. I started in gyms, transitioning from group training to personal coaching. At 36, I took a bold step, leaving the corporate world entirely to forge my own path as a coach.
This decision wasn’t easy, but it brought me a deeper understanding of the essence of health and success: they are not short-term goals but lifelong strategies. Through numerous courses and personal experiments, I’ve learned that the key to health lies in simplicity: natural nutrition, consistent movement, mental resilience, and a connection to nature.
My approach is grounded in sustainability and balance:
• Movement is the key to staying physically and mentally flexible.
• Nutrition should be as natural as possible – free of artificial and inflammatory substances.
• Mental health requires reflection, mindfulness, and clear goal setting.
• Financial health is equally important – it gives us the freedom to shape our lives with intention.
I invite you to discover these principles with me and find your own way to live a sustainable, healthy, and fulfilling life.
Anything is possible if you believe in yourself and are willing to take the first step.
– Daniel Oberlerchner
Anything is possible. You can be told that you have a 90-percent chance, a 50-percent chance or a 1-percent chance, if you do not believe non of that will matter. Yet if you believe in yourself and fight for what you want you will ALWAYS have a 100-percent chance.
